To deactivate a project:
Go to the Projects list.
Select the project you want to deactivate.
Do one of the following:

Choose Items > Make Inactive

Click the Inactive button in the toolbar.

Drag and drop the project onto the Someday list.
Go to the Projects list.
Select the project you want to deactivate.
Do one of the following:
Choose Items > Make Inactive
Click the Inactive button in the toolbar.
Drag and drop the project onto the Someday list.
Go to the Projects list.
Select the project you want to activate.
Do one of the following:
Choose Items > Make Active
Click the Active button in the toolbar.
Drag and drop the project onto the Next list in the sidebar.
Drag and drop the project into the Active Projects segment in the sidebar.
